Human Services Committee to Consider Bills for Funding, Prescription Drug Monitoring

WHAT: The House Human Services Committee, chaired by Rep. Gene DiGirolamo (R-Bucks), will hold a voting meeting to consider two pieces of legislation: House Bill 315 would restore $84 million in state funding for human service line items; and House Bill 317 would establish a prescription drug monitoring system to help stem the epidemic of doctor or pharmacy shopping.
