Human Services Committee to Consider Bill to Immediately Expand Medicaid in PA
WHAT: The House Human Services Committee, led by Rep. Gene DiGirolamo (R-Bucks), will consider legislation, House Bill 1492, and a related amendment that would expand Medicaid in Pennsylvania immediately and how that expansion can help with the state’s growing budget shortfall. The committee will also consider Senate Bill 177, which would establish a task force on Lyme disease and related maladies.
